The view from the balcony was breathtaking, worth every penny we paid. The staff at the reception were kind and very welcoming even though we arrived late at night. They quickly responded to all our messages which made communication easier for us. the hotel's location was near key tourist sites, making it easy for us to explore the area at our leisure.
There were a few issues we encountered during our stay. parking was a bit tricky as we had to find a vacant spot alongside the road.

The hotel provides a partial view of the city at night. You can easily find places to eat nearby with lovely views. the receptionists are responsive and welcoming.
The parking can be difficult to maneuver with, and the room might need some refurbishing.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was fantastic as we had a great view from the balcony. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist even though we arrived at night. The hotel staff were fantastic and quick to respond to our late-night messages. All aspects of the hotel were clean and well-maintained. And, the breakfast was delicious!
Couldn’t fault anything about our stay in this hotel.

We had a great New Year experience! the view from the balcony was astonishing! We could see the illuminated castle, which was really impressive. the receptionist was very welcoming and kind. the location is perfect as it is close to all the main attractions. we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the room.
The parking situation was a bit messy. We had to park on the street, but it was sometimes difficult to find a spot.
